Office is clean and always easy to schedule! Staff is so helpful and understanding. Gwen is a superb asset to the team. Makes coming to the dentist actually fun! She brings a positive energy and enthusiasm to the experience and that goes a long way with someone who has a fear of dentist!

Be careful. Three major issues from my visit here. Before I even had my first visit, I showed up for what was supposed to be my first visit at 6:58 am to find out it had been canceled. No phone call, nothing. First, they push a super-duper special cleaning on you while you’re in the chair. After taking the explanation of it to my new dentist, I was told it’s basically an upsell and I got ripped off. Second, and much more importantly, a hygienist here broke a piece of a permanent retainer off of my tooth. She didn’t report it to the front desk or the dentist, so I had no documentation from the visit itself. That meant that by the time I left and realized what was going on, there was no way to hold them accountable for the error which means that I’m now stuck footing the bill for the fixes and new orthodonture. An expensive issue. Third, and most importantly - they’re going to comment something on this about how “they can’t discuss this with me” and I should call them. I did that, with both of these things, and literally nothing changed. They did let me know that the hygienist who did the damage was a temp who no longer works there as if that’s going to fix anything. You can and

I have enjoyed all of the staff I have encountered here, and appreciate Dr. Manepalli’s friendly demeanor and professionalism. This office is high tech compared to my past dentist and I am always in and out efficiently. Plus, when I first had a terrible insurance plan, they worked with me to find the most affordable option at that time. I will continue to be a repeat patient!

The care I received here was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. I felt no shame about the condition of my teeth, despite needing extensive work overall. This team made sure I was comfortable, communicated everything with me, answered all my questions without judgement, and made sure I left in better condition than when I came in. I needed to get 3 broken teeth extracted, and they were able to do it same day. The assistant that was with me when I arrived stayed with me the entire time, and even held my hand when the needles went in. I had a lovely experience, despite leaving with a bloody mouth 😆 All in all, great dentistry, great bedside manner, and I felt taken care of the entire time.

Unfortunately NOT a good visit. (Emergency extraction for broken tooth) When I called they will help me with payment options for services. Scheduled appointment for next day.. luckily they fit me in… BUT After initial review of treatment needed and numbed up for surgical extraction.. billing agent arrives to collect. No options generated for payment. I asked about the “Vantage one Plan” which would cut my payment by 50% “I’ll be right back” (548$ Down too 253$ with the plan) Shows me it’s 50% off but she says “something is wrong “ I paid ( full amount .. not complaining as I was in pain and wanted to heal to go home. Generic invoice was given of my payment but NOT of services rendered… NOW they are sending me an additional bill at 5:03 pm ( minutes after the close) for more services. Plus.. as a dental office that is to be hygienic.. they had no soap ( to clean my hands or the blood off my face from the extraction)
